  • LEON CHOATE, JR.✟, Partner (1940-2021)

    Mr. Choate has been practicing in the area of trusts and estates, real estate and taxation over 50 years. Mr. Choate is the most distinguished member of our Firm and well-recognized in the trusts and estates legal community. Mr. Choate advises clients on estate planning maters, including the preparation of Wills and Trust agreements and providing Federal and State Income, Estate/Inheritance, Gift and Generation Skipping Transfer taxes and foreign tax advice. Mr. Choate provides advice on all aspects of charitable giving and private and public charitable organization, as well as in Banking, Corporate and Real Estate matters.

    Mr. Choate earned his Law Degree at George Washington University in 1965, as well as Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from New York University in 1962, and Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from Fairleigh Dickenson University in 1967.

    Mr. Choate is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and before the United States Supreme Court.

    DMITRI E. SELETSKI, Partner

    Mr. Seletski has been practicing in the area of estate administration (in the U.S. and international), immigration and corporate, and family laws for over twenty (20) years. Mr. Seletski has extensive experience in assisting clients, banks, and other financial institutions with estate administration (domestically and internationally), estate and gift taxation, as well as immigration and family law. Mr. Seletskki also provides advice on formation of charitable organizations.  Mr. Seletski speaks English, Ukrainian, and Russian.

    Mr. Seletski earned a Law Degree from the Institute for International Relationship and International Law at Kyiv University International Law School (Ukraine) in 1992 and an LLM in International Law from Temple University School of Law (USA) in 1995.     REBECKAH L. HARR, Of Counsel

    Ms. Harr has been practicing in the area of trusts and estates for almost twenty (20) years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience assisting individual clients, banks, and other financial institutions with their estate, tax, and asset protection needs. Her experience includes planning, drafting, and administration in both the domestic and international arenas. Ms. Harr speaks English, French and Russian

    Ms. Harr earned a Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 1998, as well as an LL.M in Taxation, an LL.M in Transnational (International) Law, and a Certificate in Estate Planning in 1999. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Studies, Magna Cum Laude, from Muhlenberg College in 1995.

    Ms. Harr is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

    RONALD CRUIKSHANK, Of Counsel 

    Ronald graduated from Denison University (undergraduate BA Degree in English and History) and Duquesne University School of Law (JD). He currently serves on the Boards of McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago and The Bridge in NYC

    NATALYA G. KRAVCHENKO, Of Counsel (Ukraine)

    Ms. Kravchenko has been practicing in the area of banking, finance and currency law and regulation, taxation, inheritance/succession and estate administration, and corporate, as well as family law for over twenty (30) years. She has extensive experience in assisting clients (individuals, legal entities, banks, and other financial institutions) with estate administration (domestically and internationally), estate taxation and family law. Ms. Kravchenko also counsels on formation of banks, banking, investment, currency regulation and capital repatriation. Ms. Kravchenko speaks Ukrainian and Russian.

    Ms. Kravchenko serves as a Professor of Law and teaches finance law at the National Kyiv-Mohyla University (Kyiv, Ukraine). Ms. Kravchenko has multiple academic legal publications, which you can review here.

    Ms. Kravchenko earned a Law Degree from Kyiv University Law School (Ukraine) in 1984 and a Degree in Finance from Kyiv University School of Economics (Ukraine) in 2005. Ms. Kravchenko received her PhD in Law in 2014 (Kyiv, Ukraine).

    OLGA M. LOBACH, Of Counsel (Ukraine)

    Ms. Lobach has been practicing in the area of banking, finance and currency law and regulation, taxation for over twenty (20) years. Ms. Lobach provides advice on formation of banks, banking, investment, currency regulation and capital repatriation and public finances, taxation of individuals and corporations.  Ms. Lobach speaks Ukrainian and Russian.

    OLGA V. FEDOTOVA, Of Counsel

    Ms. Fedotova has been practicing for more than 20 years in the area of inheritance, property, tax, corporate, and family law in Russia. Ms. Fedotova consults individual clients on domestic and international inheritance law, inheritance taxation and family law; assists clients with real estate transactions and loans. Ms. Fedotova represents various business entities in Russia, including with business entities with foreign capital, provides advice on Russian corporate law (formation, registration, liquidation, and M&A) and corporate taxation.

    Ms. Fedotova obtained her master’s degrees in law from the A.S. Griboedov Institute of International Law and Economics (Moscow) and from N.P. Ogarev Mordovian State University (Saransk) in 1997. Ms. Fedotova graduated from N.E. Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 1992.

    Ms. Fedotova is admitted to practice law in Russia and represents clients before Russian civil, arbitration, and tribunal courts.
